Study in France: opportunities to study engineering amidst the lockdown!
In spite of the Covid-19 situation, Campus France Nigeria has continued its activities and will host on Wednesday 20th of May, in collaboration with the Campus France offices of Kenya and South Africa, a Live to bridge the gap between Anglophone African students and 5 French well-reputed Engineering schools.
All students who are interested in joining this virtual fair can find information and register freely via the event published on the Campus France Nigeria Facebook page
The Covid-19 Pandemic will not restrict students in realizing their dreams! Campus France Nigeria has taken the initiative to continue to provide students with enough information about studying in France: It is organizing an “engineering study Live” which will hold on Wednesday, the 20th of May, from 2 to 5pm, in collaboration with Campus France Kenya and Campus France South Africa. The goal is to provide African Anglophone students, live online presentations on the quality and diversity of programs in Engineering in France, and put them in immediate and closer relation with reputable French institutions offering programs in the field of Engineering.
IMT Mines Albi, IMT Atlantique, ISEP, Toulouse INP, and Grenoble INP - UGA are the five schools that will participate in the Live. They all offer top-quality programs taught in English, French, or in both languages in fields such as energy, digital, computer science, ICT, artificial intelligence, electronics, industrial engineering, and also management, which can all lead to a rewarding career in a demanding Engineering global employment market.
These programs are available at all levels, from 100 level to master degrees. Applications are still ongoing for the 2020/2021 intake.
Matthieu Bragato, manager of Campus France Nigeria is enthusiastic: “Covid-19 isn’t only restrictions and can lead on to new practices. Through this Live, we are not only going to connect schools with Nigerian students but also with students from Kenya, South Africa, and all over Africa; Bringing together physically all these people would have been almost impossible.”
All students who are interested in joining this virtual fair can find information and register freely via the event published on the Campus France Nigeria Facebook page.
Throughout the week you can also use the hashtag #EngineeringStudiesWeek for more information about studying Engineering in France. The Hashtag will be shared on Campus France Nigeria’s social media pages. Follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to keep updated.
This is the second time Campus France Nigeria will organize an international online meeting after the Business Studies Week organized in April. Other initiatives are coming soon!
